What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Coachella Valley in Southern California.

How soon will my project be completed?
Because our products are custom-made, the process typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date of order to installation.

Who installs your products?
Our own team of highly trained, experienced professionals handles every installation — no subcontractors.

What is the installation process?
Our dedicated team manages the entire installation from start to finish. We arrive at the scheduled time, install your products with precision, and complete any required electrical work.

How are your products operated?
Our products are available in motorized (with remote) or manual (hand-crank) options.

What type of motorization do you use?
We use Somfy motors, the industry leader in motorized shade solutions.

What are the primary benefits of solar screens?
Our solar screens block 80–90% of heat and UV rays, reducing solar heat gain, preventing fading, and protecting against harmful UV exposure.

What type of aluminum is used in your products?
We use powder-coated aluminum with stainless steel fittings. We avoid galvanized components, as they are prone to rust.

What type of fabric is standard for awnings and solar screens?
We use Sunbrella fabric for awnings and Mermet fabric for solar screens — both are industry-leading brands known for durability and performance.

How much wind can your awnings withstand?
Our awnings can handle steady winds up to 25 MPH. For added protection, motorized units can be equipped with automatic wind sensor retractors.

How do your products perform in the Southern California?
Our products are built to the highest industry standards and designed to withstand rain & sun conditions.

How do you clean an awning?
Use a soft-bristled brush, warm water (below 100°F), and a mild soap solution (such as Ivory Liquid or Murphy's Oil Soap).
